9107 Judicial Center Lane
Spotsylvania, Virginia 22553
Cases are divided between the Honorable Ricardo Rigual and the Honorable William E. Glover. Due to scheduling conflicts and caseload, substitute judges are sometimes used.
Parking is ample. Phones are not allowed in the courthouse and the Sheriff’s staff will not watch your phone for you. Your possessions will be x-rayed and you will have to pass through a metal detector before you will be granted access to the courtrooms. Once you are through security, you can check the monitors on the back wall to find out where to go. All courtrooms are up the flight of steps, though you can also use the elevator. No shorts or hats are allowed in the courtrooms.
